ProfileX KYC Orchestration intelligently routes every verification request across multiple KYC data sources and technology providers to deliver the best available outcome through a single API.
KYC verification depends on the availability, coverage, performance and response quality of underlying data sources.
A single-source approach can result in:
Traditionalsingle source
ProfileXorchestrated
ProfileX sits between your application and multiple KYC data sources, intelligently managing where each verification request is processed.
Instead of building and maintaining multiple integrations yourself, ProfileX provides a unified orchestration layer that manages source selection, routing, fallback and response standardisation.
Integrate once with ProfileX through a single API.
ProfileX intelligently determines the appropriate KYC source for each request.
Receive a standardised response through the same API — regardless of the underlying source.
Your engineering team shouldn't have to build, maintain and monitor separate integrations for every KYC provider.
ProfileX provides a unified API layer that abstracts the complexity of multiple underlying sources.
Watch a burst of KYC requests enter ProfileX, spread across sources by live health, reroute when a source drops, and return as one stream of successful responses.
This is the policy your product manager gets to configure, and the path your customer never has to see.

Each check is backed by two to four sources: the government rail where one exists, plus certified data partners for redundancy and record depth.
Verify, name match, PAN-Aadhaar link status, DOB match.
3 sourcesOffline XML (OKYC), DigiLocker pull, masked Aadhaar OCR, face match.
3 sourcesPenny drop, reverse penny drop, penniless (IFSC + name), UPI VPA.
4 sourcesSearch by ID, download record, KRA status and fetch across KRAs.
2 sourcesValidate, filing status, principal place, linked PAN.
3 sourcesCIN, LLPIN, director DIN lookup, charges, signatories.
2 sourcesDriving licence, vehicle RC, voter ID, passport MRZ.
2–3 sourcesNumber-to-name, telco status, email tenure, plus the Affluency Bundle.
3 sourcesPAN, Aadhaar OKYC, bank verification and CKYC in sequence, each with a fallback. A timeout at step two no longer ends a ₹3 lakh personal loan application.
Search every KRA for an existing record before asking the customer for documents. If one KRA is down, the router checks the others and falls back to fresh CKYC, so the account still opens today.
GSTIN, CIN, director PAN and settlement account verification with alternate sources for each. Sub-merchant onboarding keeps its RBI PA-guideline audit trail with evidence from whichever source answered.
For a two-million-row base, route to the lowest-cost source that satisfies the check and escalate only on empty or ambiguous results. Cost per successful verification falls without touching pass rates.
Results are illustrative, drawn from pilot configurations. Source names abbreviated under partner agreements.
Fewer customers lost to technical failure. The checks you require don't change; the chance each one succeeds does.
Source order, timeouts, fallbacks and holds are configuration, versioned and approved. Change them in an afternoon, not a sprint.
Neokred holds the provider relationships. You get pooled volume pricing and a single invoice with cost per successful outcome.
Every decision carries its policy version, source trace and raw evidence. RBI, SEBI and IRDAI reviewers see exactly what was checked and where.
Consent tokens from Blutic, Neokred's DPDP consent manager, are attached to each fetch and enforced at the router.
Per-source coverage, latency, error and fallback rates by check type. You decide source strategy on your own traffic.
The router re-ranked Source A to position 2 after its P95 crossed the 1,000 ms threshold. No release, no ticket. Illustrative data.
"We had three PAN vendors and a spreadsheet deciding which one to call. Now the router decides on live success rate and our on-call engineer sleeps."
"Compliance asked where each verification came from. With the source trace on every record, that question takes ten seconds instead of a data pull."
"Cheapest source first, government rail as fallback. Our cost per verified merchant dropped and completion went up. We did not expect both."

An API with a policy layer. Your onboarding flow calls one endpoint per check. The routing, retries, fallbacks and normalisation happen inside ProfileX. If you use a workflow tool, it sits on top and calls us.
It guarantees the router will try every eligible source under your policy before returning. If the record does not exist anywhere, you get a clean not_found with the trace, not a technical failure.
Neokred does. You sign one agreement and get pooled volume pricing across sources. Where you already have a direct contract you want to keep, we can route through it.
Each request carries a consent reference. The router checks purpose and validity before calling any source, and records it in the trace. Blutic, Neokred's DPDP consent manager, integrates natively.
Yes. Ranking, timeouts, fallback triggers and hold rules are configuration with versioning and maker-checker approval. Changes go live without a release from your side.
India-hosted. Evidence retention is configurable per check to match your regulator's requirement; identifiers are masked in logs by default.
Teams usually start with one check in a sandbox in the first week and go live with a single route inside a sprint.
You still get the unified contract, timeouts, retries and the trace. Adding a second source later is configuration, which is the point.
Share which checks you run, which sources you use and where they fail. In a 30-minute review we'll map a routing policy for your top three checks and estimate the completion and cost impact on your own numbers.
